Lorena Lara is the Senior Program Evaluation Specialist at Technovation, where she leads the Assessment team in building the data systems and evaluation practices that power evidence-based decision-making across the organization. Her work spans program monitoring, survey design, dashboard development, and cross-functional data reporting, ensuring that staff, partners, and funders have the insights they need to understand and improve program impact for participants in over 100+ countries. Outside of work, Lorena enjoys long walks and hiking.
