Our nonprofit status

Technovation was formerly known as Iridescent and received 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation in 2007. We publish our determination documents, our annual financial audits, and our IRS Form 990 filings so anyone can verify our status and check our work. Our filings are also available through ProPublica's Nonprofit Explorer, which publishes IRS data for registered nonprofits.
