Technovation is a growing community of people who keep showing up for each other across roles, generations, and geographies.
Students become alum, who become mentors, and then partners. Women Techmakers bring decades of professional expertise and keep building alongside the next generation. The connections deepen over time, and the opportunities keep expanding.
Young builders from 160 countries, ages 8 to 24, working in teams to solve problems they see in their own communities. They come with ideas and curiosity. They leave with working prototypes, real skills, and the knowledge that they can do hard things.

The engineer has brought Technovation’s approach back to her own team, and five years later, the student is mentoring the next cohort. A Women Techmaker in Lagos connects with an alum in Nairobi over a shared problem, and they work on a fix together. These connections are what make us different.
