As Technovation’s Student Experience and Leadership Manager, Amber Smith supports programs and experiences that help students feel connected, supported, and confident in their ability to lead. Her background spans facilitation, program management, consulting, and learning design, with a focus on creating engaging experiences that help people recognize what they are capable of. Amber began her career with a degree in physics before finding her way into work centered on people, belonging, leadership, and learning. She is especially passionate about elevating student voice and creating spaces where young people feel seen and empowered to shape their own futures. Outside of work, Amber loves traveling, discovering great food, and finding new experiences that usually turn into a good story.
