About the Technovation Program
Every community has problems; your students have the solutions. Give them the AI tools and CS skills to change their world.
Technovation partners with schools and equips educators to effectively lead the Technovation program in their classroom where students
- Identify a community problem
- Use AI + coding to design an app solution
- Pitch their ideas to professionals.
Technovation’s free 40+ hour curriculum is open to all students 8-18 along with ongoing support for educators. Students who participate get the chance to submit their projects in global or local competitions.
About the Texas Teacher Training
Turn your school into an innovation hub. Send your teachers to master the design process and student-driven strategies that meet Texas standards and inspire real-world results.
The Technovation Teacher Training is a 4-day all-inclusive experience for educators serving grades 3-12. Participants will be provided lodging, meals, travel reimbursement. Upon completion, attendees will receive a $400 stipend and a certificate for 28 Texas CPE credit hours.
Through hands-on activities, participants will:
- Model the design process & strategies for student-driven innovation
- Practice building with artificial intelligence (AI) and coding
- Develop an entrepreneurial mindset & learn to foster student creativity
- Explore tech ethics & how to integrate human-centered AI learning
- Leverage Technovation’s TEKS standards-aligned curriculum for lesson planning & program implementation
But that’s not all! After the training, schools & educators will receive ongoing support and PD opportunities as they bring the Technovation program and curriculum to their classrooms.

Note: We encourage schools to send a team of teachers to be trained. Per grant requirements, we can only stipend and reimburse formal educators. Administrators are welcome to attend alongside their teachers at their own expense.
